Accessibility

Our commitment

We want every renter to be able to use this site, whatever device or assistive technology they're on. We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've built in

  • A "skip to main content" link as the first item in the tab order
  • Semantic landmarks — header, navigation, main, and footer regions
  • One H1 per page and a heading order that doesn't skip levels
  • Visible focus outlines on every link, button, and form field
  • Full keyboard operation, including the mobile menu and the FAQ accordions
  • Text and interface colours checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Alt text on informative images and empty alt text on decorative ones
  • Labels tied to every form field, with required fields marked in text
  • Reduced-motion support for anyone who has that preference set
  • Touch targets sized for thumbs on mobile

Known limits

Some embedded content — Google Maps frames, for example — is served by third parties and we don't control its accessibility. If a map is getting in your way, tell us and we'll give you the same information in plain text.

Tell us if something doesn't work

If any part of this site is hard to use, we want to hear about it, and we'll help you get what you need another way in the meantime. You can always text or call us during business hours (Mon–Sun, 8 AM – 8 PM) and we'll run your search with you directly.

Use our contact page and tell us the page and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days.

An alternative that always works

You never have to use this website to work with us. Text, call, or chat and we'll do the entire search — verified list, concession math, tours, application — by conversation.
