### What does it cost me to use an apartment locator?

Nothing. It's free to you: no retainer, no hourly rate, no markup. The apartment community pays us a referral fee after you sign a lease, and your rent is identical whether you use us or walk in off the street.

### How do you know a unit is actually available?

Our software checks availability against live inventory in real time, and your list updates continuously. It can still be wrong two ways: the community didn't update their own system, or someone applied between our check and your call. When that happens we re-verify and send replacements the same or next day. We won't tell you it's guaranteed available. Nobody honestly can.

### Which parts of Houston do you cover?

The whole Harris County metro, organized by highway ring: Inside the Loop, 610 to Beltway 8, Beltway 8 to SH-99, and outside 99, plus named submarkets like Galleria/Uptown, the Energy Corridor, the Medical Center, Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, and Pearland. Rent and inventory age change sharply between rings, so where you look matters.

### If it's free, what's the catch?

No catch. The property pays a referral fee after a lease is signed, the same fee whether it comes through us or not, so we're paid to find you a place you'll actually keep, not to push a listing. That's also why we'll tell you when a deal isn't as good as it looks.
