About Us

# The team that answers the text.

We're licensed Texas agents who locate apartments across Houston and the Harris County metro. We're free to you, we verify availability instead of assuming it, and we tell you what a deal actually costs, including the parts that don't show up in the ad.

Why We Exist

## Renters here don't lose money on the wrong apartment. They lose it on wrong information.

A unit shows available, you drive across town, and it's been leased a week. An ad says "two months free" and that number gets quoted as the rent, which it isn't. You ask a leasing agent whether a broken lease disqualifies you and get an answer that reflects what that person believes rather than what the management company approves.

Every one of those ends the same way: money spent on a decision made from bad information, and application fees don't come back. Every locator in this market competes on the same three claims: free service, curated list, we book the tours. None of them runs the concession math for you and none of them admits their availability data can be wrong.

So that's the business. We verify what everybody else assumes, we publish where our own data breaks, and we tell you what we think about the deal. Those are claims about our own work, not about any property.

We're a new brand. That means there are numbers we could put on this page that we haven't earned yet, so they aren't here.

-   How we're paid, and that your rent is identical either way
-   Our verification method, including the two ways it can be wrong
-   Hours, channels, and language capability
-   Market data with a source and a date on every figure

### What you won't find here

-   Client counts, review totals, or star ratings we haven't earned yet
-   "Years in business" figures borrowed from anybody else
-   "Always accurate", "guaranteed available", or "100% verified"
-   Approval guarantees. You'll know where you stand, that's the promise
-   Any characterization of a neighborhood's safety, vibe, or demographics
-   Manufactured urgency. The market is soft; pretending otherwise reads as a lie
